WHAT IT IS:
A talk about your intimate feelings.

Sex, intercourse or nudity.
PLEASE Be calm and smoke and alcohol free (if you drink and/or smoke) for at least half an hour before the session.
Bring in your meditation seat… a cushion or a pillow on which you can comfortably sit For a longer period of time.
