Presented by Lucille’s Hospitality Group "The 12 Days of Christmas" is a series of culinary experiences centered around the flavors and inspiration for Chef Dawn Burrell's forthcoming restaurant Late August, which will open in The Ion Spring 2022.

Chef Dawn's Bravo Top Chef Season 18 cast-mates — Chefs Shota Nakajima, Jaime Tran, Maria Mazon, Sasha Grumman — will join Dawn in Houston to help bring this holiday activation to life, all of which will benefit The 12 Days of Christmas’ charitable beneficiaries: Lucille’s 1913 and I’ll Have What She’s Having.

About Lucille’s 1913:

Established by Lucille’s Hospitality Group as a conscious community collective, Lucille’s 1913 is building a vertically integrated ecosystem that will combat food insecurity and waste; create training and employment opportunities in traditionally under-resourced neighborhoods; and empower communities to discover a self sustainable livelihood through food. To date, Lucille's 1913 has distributed more than 360,000 meals since the start of the pandemic.

About I’ll Have What She’s Having:

I'll Have What She's Having is a women-led non-profit raising community awareness and funds in support of better health and healthcare throughout the food and beverage industry. Providing community and network for women in the hospitality industry IHWSH is committed to uniting hospitality professionals & physicians to raise awareness and funds in support of better health. Chef Dawn currently sits on the board of the organization.
