Description

Born without arms, John Foppe once led a dependent and limited life. At the age of ten, he couldn't even put on his own pants. Today, he is the Executive Director of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in St. Louis. He has a heart for those who struggle or feel marginalized and believes that a person's ability is based on their personal sense of value and ability to create a vision, rather than having time, money, or physical abilities.

A sought-after motivational speaker, John began his speaking career when his compelling story caught the attention of legendary motivation teacher, Zig Ziglar. John has worked internationally and with Fortune 500 companies, pro-football organizations, and government agencies. He served on the Board of Directors for the National Catholic partnership on Disability and donates seminars to Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity.
