Week 2: Spiritual Ascent & The Chakras

Saturday 12th – Friday 18th March 2022

Week 3: Thoughtless Awareness through Meditation

Saturday 19th – Friday 25th March 2022

Sessions are 1.5 hours long.

As your inner energy gets awakened with the daily practice, you will notice positive changes within you – feeling more balanced, peaceful, and joyous. You will notice increasing gaps between your thoughts and feel more relaxed and enlightened.

Regular online sessions will continue after the Course.
