This is a live, interactive info session with Jes Averhart to walk you through the 28 Day Reinvention Road Trip Cohort Program, a premium online program.

The program offers...daily video and exercises, a custom-designed, full-color workbook and travelers kit, cohort support, and group and individual coaching. In addition to coaching and cohort support, the program ends with a 2-hour virtual (live) mind mapping workshop to ensure you have the tools you need to take your next right step.

The four themed weeks cover the following topics:

Week 1: Superpowers Unleashed

Are you burned out? Feel like you’ve lost your joy? Struggling with self-doubt? Week 1 provides a powerful injection of confidence through a series of exercises that will help you:

  • See your strengths
  • Find out how you’re showing up to others
  • Identify (and FLIP!) the lies you tell yourself
  • Overcome Impostor Syndrome when it rears its ugly head

Week 2: The Fire Within

This is the week during which we explore your crucible moments—the times that shaped and molded you. During this week we will dig into:

  • What experiences made you the person you are today
  • What positive and negative assumptions you’ve adopted about life and its challenges
  • How to reframe your to maximize your ability to handle stress
  • Acceptance that you, as you are, are completely deserving of joy and success

Week 3: Your Comfort Cliff

This is the week during which we dig deep into what you want, and how to concretely visualize the next leg of your life journey. During Week 3 we:

  • Explore what you really want out of life
  • Discover what feeds your passion and counters burnout for you specifically
  • Explore ways to build the skills and confidence you need (in the Empowerment Zone of your Comfort Cliff)
  • Move closer to the Growing Edge as we prepare to leap, leveling up as you pursue your dream

Week 4: Spring Into Action

This is when we plan the action needed to make your dreams a reality. During Week 4 we:

  • Learn how to use mind mapping to plan your next steps
  • Determine what kind of support you’ll need to be successful and build your support system
  • Identify what you need to improve your Say-Do Ratio and become more of a finisher who achieves her goals
  • Participate in a 2-hour mind mapping workshop
