In this 3-session course, I'll teach you the 1 Giant Mind Being Technique & you'll leave with the complete know-how to meditate on your own— anytime, anywhere, without an app— forever. All you'll ever need is yourself and a place to sit.

COURSE BREAKDOWN:

In session 1, we'll cover the science of stress & meditation and why / how meditation works. I'll teach you the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique and we'll practice it together. After our meditation practice, you'll reflect on the experience & have time to ask questions about the technique.

In session 2, we'll go over reports from your home meditation practice that morning (your homework!) and have a chance to dive deeper into the technique. We'll again meditate together as a group and reflect on our meditation experiences. We'll talk about the science of habit and how to successfully implement a daily meditation practice into our busy lives.

In session 3, we'll talk about your home practice and further discuss how to practice the meditation technique correctly and effortlessly. We'll have our last group meditation experience together, followed by final reflections and questions. We'll end the course with a discourse on Being - which is the experience of ourselves, minus our thoughts. We'll wrap up with instruction for our 30 day meditation challenge & then you'll be released into the wild as newly minted daily meditators!

You will leave this course a modern, resilient & self-sufficient meditator.
