30/3 Day Challenge: Walk and Yoga

Description

Walk 2-3+ Miles for 30 Consecutive Days

- You must complete 30 days of a two to three (2 to 3-mile) or more walk.

- You can start anytime from October 15 and finish on November 20. For example, if you start on Oct 15 you will complete the 30 days on Nov 13. Plan your dates accordingly.

Practice YOGA 3X a week

- Add yoga 2-3 times a week (schedule below and on website).

- You can start the week of October 15 and finish on the week of November 20. Plan your dates accordingly.

This is Your Own Pace and Your Own Time
