Discover the principles of going from having a ministry to leading a movement: reproducing disciples instead of just recruiting more volunteers, multiplying communities instead of just adding more people.
A 3DM Discipleship+Mission workshop is a chance to taste and experience:
• Teaching that will help frame discipleship and mission in a new light
• Training with your team to help you apply principles contextually
• Effective vehicles for discipleship and mission, such as Huddles and Missional Communities
• What it's like to be part of a 3DM Learning Community (two-year journey of culture change)

This workshop is for those interested in learning more about 3DM, as well as for those churches looking to potentailly join a 2-year Learning Community. This workshop mirrors the first Immersion of the Learning Community.
Teams can choose to take part in this workshop in one of three ways: In Person, Synchronous (live virtual) or Asynchronous (recorded teachings). You will choose your option in the ticket section.
Teams will have until December 1st to discuss and decide if they want to commit to the 2-year Learning Community process once the workshop has concluded. What a team pays to attend the workshop immersion will be deducted form their total due if they decide to join the full 2-year Learning Community journey. Our administrator will be in contact with further details and to answer any questions.

**If you would like to investigate 3DM and what a Learning Community is like and are not able to make it in-person, we do have a ticket option to join us virtually for a portion of MONDAY MORNING ONLY. We do highly recommend attending the immersion in-person to benefit from the experience if at all possible.
