Starting next week! Join me for the daily sessions of 30 minutes focusing on body scans. 5 minutes for arriving, instructions, and tips. 20 minutes of silent meditation with guided support and 5 minutes of Q/A.

Body scans are excellent practices for pain management, body acceptance, connecting with the breath, presence, and stress relief. One ticket covers the program. Join us any time even if the program has started. Receive the recorded sessions if the schedule doesn't work for you.
