7-Day Meditation Challenge

Whether you are a beginner or have tried meditation, join Jai for this meditation challenge for 7 days and only 15 minutes a day. Start your day right with a series of intention setting and mind clearing meditations to help you feel more focused, determined and ultimately more happy.
