A Breathwork & Movement Experience

Description

At Let's Heal Together events we use breathwork and movement to release suppressed negative emotions and outdated wounds so that we may begin to heal, grow, change, and transform. The Breathwork & Movement Experience opens the door to personal growth and awakening through improved mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

Movement and Breathwork have been scientifically proven to reduce levels of stress, tension, anxiety and depression, as well as elevate dopamine and endorphins – two neurotransmitters responsible for feelings of pleasure and happiness. Additionally, they offer us the opportunity to release repressed emotional, mental, and spiritual pain trapped inside of our nervous system.

Breathwork has been scientifically shown to activate DMT (the psychoactive component of Ayahuasca) endogenously in the body, and often tears, laughter and unexpected feelings and emotions surface as we move through and release layers of conscious and subconscious programming, patterns, behaviors and addictions.

The session begins on the floor with a guided breathwork journey. Gradually, we rise up and explore our bodies and emotions through movement, led by music and voice-guided healing prompts.

No experience is necessary. This is a safe, no judgement space.
