A Truly Nourished Life offers you a daily dose of everything you need so that, gradually, one day at a time, you can start to feel good about your body and your diet* - whatever you choose to eat.

*​We are using the word diet here as simply meaning: The kinds of food that a person habitually eats.

What sets us apart?

We are Sophie & Audrey Boss. We started this work more than 20 years ago. Our book Beyond Chocolate was published in 2006 and is widely available. We are real women who walk the talk. We know what it's like to be obsessed with weight loss and healthy eating and we can show you how to leave the madness behind and taste the freedom.

Each day of the virtual holiday is structured in exactly the same way, so it’s simple and straightforward.

There are 40 lessons over 40 days, one lesson a day.

The 40 days are divided into 10 sections, one for each Beyond Chocolate principle. You'll be spending 4 days exploring different aspects of each principle before moving on to the next one. Each section also contains an audio book extract. You can listen to this at any time you like while you’re in that section.

To get the very best out of this holiday, we invite you to set aside 15 minutes a day.

YOU CAN DO THE LESSONS AT ANY TIME OF DAY THAT SUITS YOU.

Each day you’ll be doing the following:

1. Watching a (maximum) 5 minute slide show

It's easy, just hit the play button and the slide show will play automatically and introduce you to the day's theme. On some days, the slide show is only a few minutes long so that you are spending as little time in front of a screen as possible on your holiday. You can watch this as many times as you like.

2. Listening to a 5 minute guided tuning in practice

We have created 10 guided tuning in practices to guide you step by step as you explore the 10 principles. You will be listening to the same tuning in practice over 4 days to deepen your experience and build your skills. Some of the tuning in practices are best done before or while you eat and we'll let you know when that's the case.

3. Doing a 5 minute mindful movement practice

We have created 10 guided mindful movement practices based on the 10 Movement Resources of Open Floor. You will be doing the same movement practice over 4 days to deepen your experience and build your skills. You don't need any special equipment or ability...we will guide you step by step, you can't get it wrong.

4. Taking one action a day

We will suggest one new idea or experiment that you can play with for each day. Something that you can do to have a different experience of your relationship with food and your body. These are suggestions, of course...nobody will be checking up on whether you've done them or not!
