Brewfest Experience:

All tickets get you access to our 2022 annual Wizard's Christmas Brewfest in Louisville, KY! Brewfest tickets include admission to the event, sample tastings, DJ , Photo-Ops, and cash bar with magically themed cocktails!

Brewfest Times:

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2022

Event is from 7-11pm. Doors will open at 7pm. DJ starts at 7pm. Sample tastings and cash bar will be open from 7-11pm featuring beer and magical cocktails.

Ticket Descriptions:

- Twenty (20) tasting tickets are included with each ticket purchase

* (Per 1) 2oz. pour of beer/wine costs 1 Tasting ticket

* (Per 1) 2oz. pour of liquor costs 2 Tasting Tickets

- Designated Driver Ticket: Purchaser gets access into the event but access to no alcoholic beverages, samples or purchase. Must be 21 years of age or older.

- VIP Admission Ticket: VIP admission includes access to the VIP lounge, magical viking student performances, character interactions and photo-ops, a free branded mug to take home, and sample tastings. Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Adult Ticket: Includes 1 adult tickets (21 and older), access to free samples, and cash bar.

What does the event include:

General admission includes access to the experience, sample tastings, DJ, character photo-ops, and Wizard Themed Cash Bar.

There is no designated seating for this event. Some cocktail style tables and lounge seating will be available, but tables and seats may not be reserved.

There are no complimentary food or drinks available at this event. Drinks and snacks will be available at the bar for purchase.

A Wizard's Christmas Brewfest experience will enforce any government mandated regulations and protocol for COVID 19 that are in effect at the time of the event.

All attendees must be 21 and over to receive entry into the event. All individuals will be carded at the door. Inability to produce a valid ID will prevent admittance into the event. No refunds will be given.

No outside food or drinks will be permitted into the event.

Bar:

All specialty drinks will be served at the event for an additional charge. Drinks can be ordered at the bar. Non-alcoholic drinks start at $5, alcoholic drinks start at $8. A select variety of wine and beer will also be available.

Specialty Drinks are as follows:

Butter Cauldron Beer: Bourbon, Cream Soda, Caramel Extract, Butter Extract, Topped with Whipped Cream and Butterscotch Syrup

Changing Potion: Vodka, Midori Melon, Pineapple Juice, Lime Wedge and Dry Ice

Unicorn Blood: Tequila, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Lime Wedge and Silver Edible Glitter

Drinks may not leave the premises. All drinks must be consumed on-site during the duration of the event. All guests are subject to Kentucky Liquor Laws.

No outside food and drinks are allowed on the premises. Any items found will be confiscated and disposed of immediately.

Handicap Accessibility: The entire event is handicap accessible. However, certain logistical measures will need to be taken. Please note all handicap requirements in the “Notes” section of your tickets. We will do our best to accommodate all needs, but cannot guarantee accommodations if they are not properly noted during ticket purchase.

Parking: Parking is not included with the fee of admission. You can park on the street, at the parking garage next to The Artisan Loft at Glassworks, or you can easily access The Artisan Loft from local hotels.

Hotels & Accommodations: A Wizard’s Christmas does not offer any hotel or accommodation add-ons.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds & Cancellations: All tickets are non-refundable, unless government restrictions mandate that we cannot have at least 300 people per event time. If the event must be canceled for any reason (including force of nature or pandemic), we will attempt to reschedule the date within 180 days of cancellation. Tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date and no refund will be issued for ANY reason. If we are unable to reschedule the event within 180 days of cancellation, then we will offer guests the option of a ticket refund or reservations at the next event. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. All refunds will be issued in full, minus any processing fees Eventbrite charges.

If ticket holders are unable to attend the new date, should the event be postponed, then ticket holders will have 10 business days to request a refund once the new date has been announced. If ticket holders do not request a refund within ten business days of the new date being announced, then their tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date and no refund will be issued for ANY reason.

If a ticket holder cannot attend an event for personal reasons, they may sell or transfer their tickets to someone else. In order to do this, they must email A Wizard’s Christmas (info@worldofwizarding.com) a minimum of seven days before the event with the new ticket holder’s name, phone number, and email address. A Wizard’s Christmas will email back a credit card authorization form along with a confirmation email. All changes will incur a $5/per person charge.

A Wizard’s Christmas and any of its sister companies, vendors, or affiliates are not responsible for assisting in the resale or transfer of tickets. Resale of tickets may be posted on our social media, but it is the ticket holder’s sole responsibility to handle all resales or transfers. A Wizard's Christmas is not responsible for any fraudulent ticket sales or ticket sales purchased outside of Eventbrite ticket platform.

All sales are final and ticket holders may not request date changes once tickets are purchased.

COVID Rules (ONLY IF CITY PERMITS):

We will update these rules and regulations if necessary as we get closer to the event based on the climate of the situation.

1. ARE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?

Restrooms are available on property and are easily accessible during the event.

2. IS THE SPACE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

There is an elevator available in the building for handicap needs only.

Client will use and occupy the Venue at their own risk. Not withstanding implementation of the Operational Protocols, Client specifically acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to communicable disease exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES ON ITS BEHALF, AND ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT PARTIES, THAT CLIENT AND THE CLIENT PARTIES VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AS WELL AS ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE FROM THE EVENT AND THE VENUE AND HEREBY RELEASE THE Live Nation, A Wizard's Christmas, and Michaelis Events FROM LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless all parties and their respective parents, shareholders, members, partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, managers, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all Claims arising or alleged to have arisen out of alleged exposure of any of a Client Party to or contraction by a Client Party of any communicable disease or illness (including COVID-19) or any bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness in connection with the Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, however caused or contracted.
