Our support groups are open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ or is an ally and would like to connect to the community and available resources.

The purpose of these groups is to provide a safe environment for LGBTQ+ people to connect, keep active, learn new skills and access resources that will help to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

Some activities will include:

-Group painting

-Writing sessions

-Book clubs

-Resource sharing

-Discussion groups

And much more!
