Please take a look at the resources for SSL (link below) and be sure to have the supplies you need before the first meeting (If some are on their way don't worry you can still jump in). Also review the phase one tab and practice your Deep Breaths and Slow Blinks as well and begin the reset while you wait for the series to start.

If you are unable to use a pen because of space restrictions or mobility restrictions that is fine you can set up in a spare room or bathroom.

For the Sessions you will need the following supplies:

- A notepad/pen

- A stand for your phone/ something to hold it or prop it up or use a laptop

- Wireless headphones if you have them (if not, you don't have to use headphones)

Please log into the video session 5 minutes early to avoid any technical delays.
