AKT Community Sweat Class

Description

AKT Sweat is an interval based fitness class designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Alternating cardio sections with strength sections with the BEST playlist in town. This class is our "out of the studio" version of our Bands class.

This class is designed to challenge the most fit, and is also appropriate for beginners who are new to exercise. Coming to this class earns you a COMPLIMENTARY Bands class in the studio!
