Align in the Pines: Summer Yoga Series with Lole

Description

The River Run Merchants along with the Keystone Neighbourhood Company present Align in the Pines with Lolë, an outdoor yoga series at the base of Keystone Resort where guests will enjoy fresh mountain air and a flow practice designed for everyone from the casual yogi to the Ashtanga expert. Join us under the canopy of Aspen leaves rising from the banks of the Snake River for a mind-clearing hour of asana in Quaking Aspen Amphitheatre.

Free loaner mats will be provided by Lolë, as well as coupon codes for Align in the Pines guests to shop the conveniently-located Lolë storefront in River Run Village.

Please bring your own water and sunscreen.

Wednesday 9AM classes will be a one-hour flow class for all levels, a flow class in which sequential poses are connected using the breath. Modifications and variations are offered for all levels.

Flow: June: 15, 22, 29 | July: 6, 13, 20, 27 | August: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

Saturday 11AM classes will be offered as part of Mountain Town Music Series on Saturdays throughout the summer. Kick off the party with an 11am, 30-minute express flow class. This abbreviated flow class will focus on sun salutations and incorporate pranayama, a cool down, and savasana. Modifications will be offered for all levels. Some previous yoga experience is recommended for these quicker-paced flow classes, but not required.

MTMS Express Flow: July 2, 9, 30 | August 13, 20

Join us for Après Yoga on the last Wednesday of every month. Unwind with a Wednesday morning flow class, then head over to Lolë for a FREE mimosa sip ‘n’ shop with exclusive deals from Lolë, along with raffle draws for Lolë gear. All present attendees of Wednesday Après Yoga classes will be entered to win one of several Lolë brand items, including stainless steel water bottles and an entire Lolë outfit. Stay and sip on your mimosa, ask the instructor questions about yoga or your practice, and see if your ticket wins a Lolë prize!

Yoga Teacher Bio

Erin is a North Carolina native who has been practicing yoga since 2013 when she discovered yoga as an essential complement to running. After realizing yoga is actually the perfect complement to everything, she completed her 200 hr YTT at Asheville Yoga Center and started to dive into meditation, yin, nidra, and restorative practices in addition to flow. Erin strives to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all bodies and wants to share the joy of yoga with anyone ready to experience it!
