We will discuss the benefits of mindfulness, how it works and I will give you an opportunity to experience a practice. We will then have an opportunity to discuss your experience and answer any questions that the group has about mindfulness or how it may help manage the health problems that you have.

This even it suitable for people who have never experienced mindfulness before and people who have some experience but no formal training.
