Join Oakland Art Murmur and the City of Oakland for a very special Second Saturday Art Tour on Saturday, April 9th!

Oakland Art Murmur is thrilled to present a walking tour led by the City of Oakland’s Public Art Coordinator, Kristen Zaremba, and public art advisor, Chandra Cerrito, for April’s Second Saturday Art Tour of Downtown Oakland's public art. The tour will meet at the corner of Telegraph Avenue and 20th Street in Downtown Oakland on Saturday, April 9th at 10:30 am. The tour will conclude at 12:30 pm, space is limited.

The tour will feature recent public artworks in private development by artists:

Squeak Carnwath

Julie W. Chang

Taraneh Hemami

David Huffman

Rob Ley

Jet Martinez

with representatives from Oakland-based fabricators Magnolia Editions and Lenehan Architectural Glass.

Artists Squeak Carnwath, Taraneh Hemami, and David Huffman will be speaking about their works during the tour.
