Pause for ten minutes of daily mindfulness @2:50 PM EST. Why mindfulness? Because:

  • chronic uncertainty may cause anxiety, stress, or health issues;
  • a mindful practice can bring steadiness in the face of change;
  • your plate of ‘to-dos’ can likely wait ten minutes.

This is an open webinar that anyone can join on any day. Launched at MIT (Cambridge, MA), the event has gained a global daily following and now meets in two time zones. @2:50 does not promote any creed, sect, organization, or ideology. It's just a chance to meet for a few minutes of quiet.
