Walks will take place for approx 1 hour in either Victoria Park, Scotstoun, Glasgow (until August) or Knightwood Park, Glasgow (from September)

Anyone is welcome. These are not exclusive to current and past customers of Barbara's at The Daisy Foundation Glasgow West.

However, please only attend if you have booked your free spot, so I know who is attending and therefore don't leave anyone behind.

Please wear suitable shoes and clothing and bring a beverage.

You will receive an email the night before confirming everything and my contact number. As a mum myself I know things can crop up, so please text me to let me know if you can't make it.
