In this program, school-age children are invited to create, read or just chill out with our volunteer companion animal teams and their pets. We aim to offer open-ended art & literacy activities that encourage calm and positive animal interaction. Each session will take place on Thursday afternoons from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

*This program has been intentionally labeled - children of school age as we encourage various levels of developmental to take part in this program. Please also note this is an open- ended program that does not have traditional end projects, but more so focuses on interpersonal connections and experiences.

*Please note: All participants will be required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Social distancing will be practiced. Temperature checks will be given prior to entry and there will be hand sanitizer available.
