In the midst of a busy summer, there seems to be no shortage of garbage on the beach. Together we will learn the dangers of plastic pollution, solutions to address this issue, and take part in a beach cleanup. Participants will receive a free reusable tote!

We will meet at the Visitors Center at Hither Hills State Park Campground. Buckets and pick-sticks will be provided for garbage collection. This program is recommended for children of all ages and families.
