Beginner Meditation Class W/ Brian

Have you ever wanted to start meditating but don't know how to begin? If so, this is the class for you. Please join Brian Lanning will be going over the basics of meditation such as different sitting postures, various breathing techniques, and what to do with the mind while we meditate. Brian, has studied under Buddhist practitioners and wants to pass along the important benefits of meditation and what it can do for your life.

As a beginners class, the first half of class will be designated towards understanding the techniques and set up for meditation with the last half experiencing its full benefit.

Sign up early as class size is limited to 8 in-person attendees. Zoom is offered by request.

The cost of class is $25.

Brian is generously volunteering his service and all proceeds will go towards the renovation of Solace Farms.

What you will need: Comfortable clothing, floor cushion (provided if in person), blanket or towel and an open mind. Meditation can be done seated on the floor or on a comfortable chair. Brian will go over proper alignment. It's time to get your Zen on.
