Begin your yoga journey

These classes are designed specially for beginners. It is perfect for those who have been curious about yoga but didn’t want to walk into a yoga class without any experience.

You will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga with other beginners in a welcoming environment.

This is an active class with each week building upon the prior, so it is best to attend consistently so your practice can develop. Clear, detailed instruction with focus on proper form and function will help you build a safe, fun and nurturing practice. You will be taught modifications for injuries so you understand how the poses work best for you according to your needs.

Weekly Beginner classes every Saturday at 11:00am

You may attend in person or on Zoom. If attending on Zoom, you will receive a confirmation with the Zoom link upon registering.
