In this session, Reuben shares with us his new Blue Cards. It's dedicated to essential life skills that we all need a little reminding of from time to time. This is an especially interactive session with Reuben where you'll be able to partake in choosing and exploring any of the cards that come up.
About the teacher
Reuben Lowe founded an online organisation 'Mindful Creation', as well as a non-profit for young people called 'ACT on it'. Specialising in mindfulness-based therapies, he works at one of the largest health clinics in the Southern Hemisphere and is passionate about empowering others to be part of the change that’s taking place in our world.
