Weather Forecast

It’s Sydney in the winter. There will be a chill in the air. Possibly a ‘breeze’. Wear good layers of comfortable clothing.

Come rain or shine - we turn up, tune in, and breathe to sounds of the ocean, and yes, that includes when it's raining!

Equipment (all optional, but definitely recommended):

  1. Comfortable layers of clothing
  2. Something to lie on (yoga or exercise mat / towel / blanket)
  3. Blanket for extra warmth
  4. Small pillow for head

Before you arrive:

  1. Travel safely please
  2. No coffee or tea! (I know, caffeine free is ok) we want to avoid the stimulating effects of caffeine before the session.
  3. No food (empty stomach is best)
  4. Water is good.
  5. Don’t fill your belly!
