We've waited all year for this bone chilling time and now we are ready for YOU! Come visit our haunted farm with different attractions this year! We will have the beer garden open on certain days, food, fun, shopping and music which can all be enjoyed before or after your scare experience! There's lots to be had! If you are too scared, still come by to check out the farm!

This year we will have 2 different types of packages for you to chose from.....you can make a choice to purchase an admission ticket to our horrifying Boo Barn where you will find many hungry, creepy things within including live actors who roam this 1900's rustic barn. This package also includes our original haunted trail where you will pass an old graveyard leading you into the unimaginable.

Our 2nd admission choice is our NEWEST and MOST creepiest of them all! This haunt consists of 3 different trails. The haunt walk will begin at the Corn Trail (800' long) leading into the Shadows of Fear Woods (2,000' long) and back out into the Sunflowers of Clowns! There are live actors and the headless horseman who wanders through it all.

Can't decide which one to do? We have a combo package deal which includes flashlights only while supplies last!

Be prepared to walk and wear appropriate shoes (no open toe) as this is an active farm.

Our farm hours are Fridays from 6-10, Saturdays 12-10 and Sundays 12-8. These haunt events are only on Friday and Saturday nights from 7-10. For more details, please check out our website at www.thunderbirdfarmsllc.com.

This Liability Waiver & Release (the “Agreement”) is a written agreement between Thunderbird Farms, LLC aka Black Walnut Creek, LLC (the “Company”) and the Participant who is attending company events (the “Participant”). The agreement is being entered into in consideration of the benefit of participating in any and all company-events. The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:1. Voluntary Participation. Participant understands and confirms that participation in any event offered by the company is voluntary. The participant warrants that he or she is in overall good health and that no bodily or mental condition would create an unreasonable risk of harm to himself or herself in participating in any activities at the event.2. The Assumption of Risk. Participant understands and acknowledges that there may be potential risks involved related to participation in the event. Participant assumes all risks, known and unknown, in any way connected with the Participant’s participation in the event. Participant accepts full responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, damage or death in any way connected with participation in the event. Participant acknowledges that participation in the event is at the participant’s sole risk. Participant releases the company from any and all liability or claims which may arise from participation in the event. 3. Modification. The provisions of this agreement can only be modified by a written instrument executed by an authorized agent of the company. 4. Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Participant and the company, and cancels, terminates and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding relating to the subject matter hereof. 5. Severability. If any part of this agreement is found to be void by law, the remaining provisions of this agreement will nevertheless be binding with the same effect as though the void portions were deleted. 6. Governing law. The construction and meaning of the terms and provisions of this agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. 7. Binding Effect. Participant acknowledges that this agreement is binding upon participant’s heirs and assigns, personal representative, beneficiaries and next of kin. By signing this agreement, I, the Participant, agree to waive any present or future claims, and will release and hold harmless the company from any and all liability as a result of any injuries/and or damages suffered or incurred while attending company-sponsored events or on the premises belonging to the company, for any reason, whether consuming alcohol or not. By purchasing this ticket, I agree to the above and waive and release any and all claims whatsoever arising from my participation in company-events.
