BOOK CLUB: 5 Practices for Orchestrating Productive Mathematics Discussions

Please RSVP/register above and join us for a Book Study led by Courtney Greene, Regional Mathematics Specialist, of the University of Idaho. This five-session study will focus on the book 5 Practices for Orchestrating Productive Mathematics Discussions (Smith & Stein, 2011).

BOOKS: Copies will be provided for participants free of charge.

DATES/TIME: Wednesdays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on October 5 & 19, and November 2, 16, & 30, 2022.

COURSE FORMAT: Synchronous delivery, either in-person or online.

LOCATION: Your choice. Attend in-person at University of Idaho Coeur d'Alene, HC 240B or from your home/school/district location via online connection, internet access required.

TICKETS: There is no need to print your RSVP ticket or confirmation email. Your name will be placed on a registration list prior to the start of book club.

COLLEGE CREDIT: One (1) college credit may be available through the University of Idaho when you attend all sessions. The cost is $60. Forms will be provided to you.
