Our class provides the latest evidence-based information for helping mothers get off to a good start with breastfeeding.

This class is designed to help you get a good start in your breastfeeding journey, and will cover the following topics: Health benefits for mom and baby, latch and positioning, common challenges and solutions; how to know that baby is getting enough, information for support person on how to support mom with breastfeeding will also be covered. You will also be provided with breastfeeding resources. You will also have time at the end of class to ask any questions you may have!

This class is taught by an IBCLC and/or lactation counselor.

We recommend this class for all mothers who plan to breastfeed and are around 32 weeks gestation. Please call (479) 553-1262 for questions.
