When was the last time you felt totally calm, clear, and rested?

Sound healing is a relaxing, restorative experience that allows you to tune out the noise and tune into a theta state, or dream state, where deep healing, rest, balance, and connection are possible. Healing instruments that include crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and tuning forks help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body and energetic field.

How should I prepare/what to bring?

It’s ok to eat a light meal and hydrate beforehand, but be aware you will be lying down for 60 minutes and might not want to get up to take a bathroom break. I recommend a yoga mat and blankets on the floor, with one pillow under your head and one under your knees to reduce the pressure on your back. You might choose to incorporate an eye covering, journal and pen, and bottle of water standing by. You can also gather any small personal items to aid in your intention setting, such as a photo, crystal, or oracle deck. Wear comfortable clothing.

Plan to be transported elsewhere, and it is common to fall asleep – the technical term is “a fancy nap.”
