Breathing Meditation 8 Breaths to Joy

Description

In this gentle breathing meditation, learn how to use your breath to release attachments that cause suffering and transform that suffering into joy.

Mindful breathing is a powerful practice that helps us come into the present moment so we may cultivate joy. Cultivating joy is an important part of a mindfulness practice. It motivates us to embrace and transform our suffering.

The non-judgmental awareness of our breath helps us become more resilient in the face of difficulty. It reminds us to flow around obstacles and release attachments to anything that does not serve our highest good.
