Feeling good is your birthright.

Reset and release stress, anxiety, and worries through breathwork.

You will experience a calming, releasing, grounding breathwork session and guided imagery.

Through breathwork, a practice connected to our ancestors, you will experience a breathing exercise that feels deeply grounding and at ease in your body.

At the same time, you will flow into relaxation and connect to your inner wisdom through guided imagery meditation, facilitated by Giselle Baumet, an Afro-Latina Breathwork Facilitator and Hypnotherapist.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is breathing exercises that improve the mind, body, and spirit wellness. Research shows that you can reduce stress and anxiety through breathwork and feel a deep sense of peace and ease.

Breathwork is a form of meditation, and during this evening, we will also combine breathwork with a guided imagery meditation that connects you to your Inner Wisdom and Guidance.

The practice of breathwork is for all peoples and all spiritual beliefs, it's deeply rooted in our ancestral lines. Our event creates a safe space for Black and Brown people to gather in breathwork and meditation.

Being an ally means not attending and allowing for safe spaces for Black and Brown people to gather. About the Breathwork Facilitator:

Giselle Baumet is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, and Intuitive Life Coach with over 15 years of experience helping people use their magical abilities to experience a good life with confidence, ease, and calm using mindfulness and ancestral wisdom.
