Improve your performance, treat body stiffness and achy joints, and rehabilitate injuries—all without having to seek out a coach, doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, or masseur.
In the training sessions you will learn how to provide basic self-maintenance on your body address tight muscles, strengthen joints. build bone density, activate inactive muscles and increase range-of-motion.
What you need:
A yoga mat is optional but will be provided.
A water bottle.
An openness and willingness to try a new kind of class.
The classes will be held every Thursday from 6pm-7pm.
