Ceremonial cacao is a heart centred plant medicine, that clears energetic blockages, and helps us to open and embrace our hearts. The cacao for this event will be beautifully complimented by drumming, movement, and a heart centred sound bath and meditation.

Our evening will open with shamanic drumming and movement. We will then drink the delicious cacao, which we will enhance with a pinch of sea salt, cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup (any allergies please let us know). We will then nestle down for a heart opening meditation and sound bath with 432hz crystal bowls, bliss 💚

About Us

Hi, we are Estelle and Natasha the Founders of GlassHouse Events, and we have been friends for over 30 years. We are deeply passionate about the power of healing others as well as ourselves, particularly at this challenging and exciting time in history.

Estelle

I am The London Sound Healer, and I am a Sound Healer and Reiki Master. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Sacred Trust, the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees.

I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.

Natasha

I am a Reiki Master and Energy Healer. I have been practising for over 15 years. Reiki is a wonderfully gentle form of healing which helps people gain inner peace and equilibrium whilst achieving optimum wellbeing.

I am also interested in movement and looking at ways we can release tension from our bodies. I am currently training to be a TRE practioner which is a body focused therapy which helps clients to connect more to their body and the emotions it holds on to . By tremoring and shaking our body, we release stress, tension and trauma patterns.

Good food is also a huge passion of mine and our ceremonial cacao comes direct from growers in Guatemala. In our ceremonies we make the cacao drink with water plus add hints of cinnamon, chilli and maple syrup. FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS PLEASE LET US KNOW.
