Certification Process:

Step 1: Signing up with a Registered education provider of Scrum Alliance.

Step 2: Understand basic Scrum concepts and terminologies from the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto to be ready for the training.

Step 3: Attend the 2-day CSPO course instructed by Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs)

Step 4: After course completion, the CST will update your details to the Scrum Alliance website.

Step 5: Scrum Alliance will send an email to log in to your Scrum Alliance account.

Step 6: Log in through this link, reset your login credentials, and accept your license.

Step 7: Download your CSPO certification by accepting a license.

About The Instructor:

Mr. Valerio Zanini from Scrum Alliance

Valerio Zanini is a CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) and an Agile & Product Management coach. He teaches Agile, Scrum, and Product Management courses to hundreds of students every year around the world. He also works with teams from startups to Fortune 100 organizations to help implement Scrum and improve their product development practices. Some of the organizations he has worked with include Capital One, Walgreens, McKesson, G4S, Silicon Valley Bank, GAF, Dassault Systemes, and Neocova.

As a trainer, he provides highly engaging and interactive training sessions, with simulations, exercises, and group discussions. His classes have been prized for the engagement and the depth of the learning, spanning Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Product Management, and Design Thinking practices. He shares real-life stories from working with Scrum teams and building digital products in a variety of industries. At Goozex, he was working with the development team running 1-month Sprints and prioritizing the backlog with direct feedback from the end-users of the platform. Goozex quickly became the #1 platform in the market for video game trading online.
