That’s a question association execs are asking, so we’re inviting you to sit around the table and explore effective practices for 2023. Join us for an in-person workshop in Chicago on October 11th.

The chapter team at Billhighway and Mariner Management planned a one-day workshop that includes a morning session on setting chapters and volunteers up for success. We’ll explore how to help volunteer leaders use data and decision-making to set goals and achieve them. The afternoon features Solution Circles that dive into your challenges and opportunities ahead for 2023.

You’ll Gain:

• Guidance on building a dashboard based on meaningful metrics  
• Help to shift from checklists to measuring outcomes   
• Access to chapter tools and resources that are designed specifically for CRPs
