-Preparing for the Birth of your Child: Childbirth can and should be the most wonderful -experience of your life. Let us help make that a reality. Our one day Childbirth Class covers a variety of information including the basics of pregnancy, nutrition and exercise, labor and delivery, cesarean section delivery, anesthesia options, relaxation techniques, general overview of breast and bottle feeding, newborn care and a tour of the birthing center.

Mothers-to-be and their coach should register for the class of their choice.

Class is located in the main hospital building, enter through the front door entrance, take elevators to the 2nd floor and inform the front desk you are here for the Childbirth Class.

Parking- You can park  in the main hospital parking lot in front of the hospital.
