Fire and Air come together to bring a meditation group for children. This meditation group will be guided by 8 year old Bash and mother, Chansz. These meditation classes will be filled with beautiful activities for children such as sound bowls, art, dance, meditation, breathwork and will continue every other Saturday for a duration of 2 hours. The class will be instructed by Bash, who has been taught a variety of meditative techniques over the course of his life. We'll be holding this event in our studio space, located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. We do want to note that on some occasions, this event will be hosted outside as we transition into summer.
