We will be seating in the secret mezzanine but you can ask for drinks at the bar downstair. You will learn the basic techniques involved in a professional Tasting. It is really a time to relax and unwind . That’s the reason why we want you to enjoy and learn in a playful way.

Virginia will guide you through the “ Tasting Demo“ technique. She will teach you everything from scratch on ‘’how to taste like pro .’ From the bean to the bar , you will be introduced to a variety of craft chocolates (dark , milk, ivory) from different origins of cacao and different density of cocoa. This initiation is a beautiful way to experience bliss , fun and education. How to choose and read a chocolate bar will be also covered .

Virginia will be there with you every step of the way, entertaining you with fun facts , serious knowledge, educational tools and laugh . She will get ready for all your questions.
