Coffee and Conversation Open Community Workout

Description

I have two goals for our regular monthly Coffee and Conversation workout:

1. Give every single attendee a fitness experience that makes you feel like you got a 1 on 1 personal training session that helped level up how your body moves, feels, and operates both in the gym and out of it.

2. Let you in on a place and people that cultivate that experience every single day.

Bonus: I want to highlight local small businesses that our clients love and would like to learn more about.

What to Expect:

9:30am: Doors Open and Coffee Flows!

-Make sure and put your name in for a Raffle to win a $100 Gift Card to one of our Local Vendors!

-Have a walk around while you sip and chat and check out our program table where you can download travel workouts, core training programs, a sample four week program, and a special warmup just for cranky hips and back AT NO COST TO YOU.

10:00am: Let the Workout Begin!

-You can choose two main paths, based on what you feel best with.

1. You can stroll down our Sweat and Solidarity path where you can burn it out, raise your heart rate, and get your lungs feeling it alongside others

2. Join our Lift and Learn path where we give attendees a full experience in learning each lift, breaking down secrets to better moving hips and shoulders, and testing out our best strategies for faster outcomes in the gym.

11:00am: Stay for the Raffle!

We are giving away a $100 gift card to a local vendor and 4 Weeks of Coaching with UTS

Every single attendee will receive a special bonus at the end of the workout!
