Title of Training: Resilience in Case of Adversity or Violence: A Resilience Training for Organizations (War, Familial Abuse, Domestic Violence, Terrorism, Riots, Extremism, and Other Adversities).

Talk Objectives: Twelve Learning Outcomes are addressed in this talk, including:

Learning Outcomes: 1. What does resiliency mean? 2. Features of resiliency and a resilient mindset. 3. Features of a resilient mindset. 4. Reframing situations strategies. 5. An example of internal peace during external chaos vs. internal chaos while in external peaceful environments. 6. Employee Assistance Providers (EAPs). 7. Tapping into resilience. 8. Seminal and current peer-reviewed research. 9.How to practice resilience when not in a crises or challenge, to prepare for crises, adversity, violence, or challenges.10. Resilience myths.11. Personal stories of severe adversities for years. For example, domestic violence, familial abuse, corporate betrayals, friendship betrayals, homelessness, and developing an extremely strategic personality. 12. Why self-efficacy, social connections, laughter, physical health, and other factors contribute to [support] the ability to be resilient.

Payment #2: Final Payment (due immediately at the conclusion of the event).

**Please Note:** The maximum number of attendees allowed per training session is 35. If additional attendees will participate, another session fee must be remunerated. For example, if your organization has 48 participants, two corporate training session fees must be remunerated, but one full training can be held instead of two separate trainings.
