By participating in the event, you give Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, LLC, its successors, assigns, and licensees (collectively, “PFI”) permission to record your [verbal] participation and to register copyright in, to edit, and to use or not use any part of the resulting [video or] sound recordings or other electronic representations made of your [image, likeness,] words, and voice, (collectively, the “Recordings”) for any purpose at PFI’s sole discretion, in any media, format, or language throughout the world. You also waive, release, and agree, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate, any right to inspect or approve PFI’s uses or reproductions of the Recordings, claim any compensation from PFI for the Recordings, or to sue PFI, any of its respective directors, officers, agents, employees, and appointed agents, in connection to the use, publication, distribution, or republication of the Recordings.
