Learn techniques rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. Art, either creating it or viewing others' art, is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.
These are On-Demand Workshop Recordings, made for those who are interested in our workshops but missed the date.
Watercolor can be such a nourishing practice when you paint with ease - but that can feel impossible when you are questioning every brushstroke and worried you're going to mess it up!
Each session we will work on a different theme. This is NOT about mixing the perfect color green or mastering the wet-on-wet technique. It is about learning how to trust your intuition with judgment brain off (or at least down). Ground yourself in the present moment through your watercolor practice and paint with confidence.
This workshop is great for those just starting your watercolor journey or have been painting for years. Jaime's main goal is to offer some time to relax, process and explore your creativity in a safe community.
What We Will Do:
• Introduce the watercolor technique or creative theme needed to complete the session's (wet into wet / color theory / working through the creative block)
• Short centering meditation (based on technique/ theme)
• Watercolor prompt - question
• Open discussion

Jaime graduated from design school with a bad case of the burnouts causing her to stop producing work for several years. It’s unfortunate, but the silver lining is that it made her turned to self-care. Over the next decade she dedicated her time to studying and eventually teaching yoga and meditation techniques with top guides from around the world. When she started to paint again, she took all these mindfulness methods with her and now allow them to influence her teachings. Her most favorite thing to see is a student start to create from their own source of abundant inspiration.
Artist will be using suggested supplies as below. However, you are welcome to join the workshop with any media of your preference.
