Session I: Introduction to Cultural Humility & Equity

• Our Safe, Brave Space (Group Guidelines/Agreement)
• Define Terms
• Activity: Small exercise in self reflection and learning about the intersectional other (Identity Pie)
• De-brief on trust-building
• Ensure participants understand terms: cultural humility and equity and how these may tie back to practices at their own organizations
• Shared screen with key take away and terms

Session 2: Effective Diversity Training- What works, what doesn’t and how do i get started

• Revisiting Safe, Brave Space Guidelines
• Narrative Methods and Research on "Diversity" Training
• Reflection and Implementation
