Rise and thrive with ActUp Theater to kick off the 2022 year! ActUp Theater’s Arts Academy is holding a series of one-day masterclasses to ignite your passion for the arts. Our skilled master teaching artists are excited to develop creativity and talent, with each unique participant in mind. This masterclass series is designed to help youth and adults build techniques, expand their artistic network, participate in an immersive learning experience, and more! So this winter/spring, get the tools that today’s dancers, singers, and actors need… to take the stage and SHINE!

A wide variety of styles will be explored to sharpen your skills and propel your talent. This dance masterclass encourages youth and adults to be versatile in their expressions, emotions, and movement styles. Perfect for those with a love of music and movement!

Youth | Ages 8-16

This masterclass is a great way to build confidence, improve stage presence, and vibe with other young artists. Taking this track will help strengthen a dancer’s body control, muscle memory, and technique to stand out in any performance.

Adult| Ages 17-30+

Joining our intense dance masterclass will make participants an asset to any production. Dancers will focus on spatial and body awareness, floor work, leaps, and turns to accelerate their training further and give them a well-rounded foundation.
