What are we going to do?

Listen and move our body consciously allowing memories, unexpressed words, painful emotions to be released, we are going to invite the body to remain empty, fill it and empty it again to be present with each cell.

The invitation to this online session is to share my path with you, to give you tools that you can use when you need it. It is an invitation to dance together, let what weighs you die to be reborn through listening, love and self-care.

About the facilitator

Medicine Woman, Healer, Yoga & Dance Therapy Facilitator

She is currently a facilitator of different courses and workshops internationally, Chakra Alignment, Dance Meditation and Yoga for Wellness mainly
