Dancing Ting Seattle originated in the fall of 2018 as we wanted to start our fitness journey in community of other women that favor our culture and or music genres. We realized that there was a need to develop an Afro-Caribbean community in the Seattle area. We want to build a network that promote women empowerment , Caribbean culture and community. We also host other talented dancers that hold similar workshops of the same objective. Every Sunday we get together to learn new dance moves and choreography ! Workshops are held with live local Djs of Afro Caribbean platforms. We use playlist of Dancehall , Reggaeton, Soca, Bachata ect. selections. We promote women empowerment, build community and share culture one dance class at a time.
