Too often in life as men and women of trauma or even supporting those with trauma as a couple, spouse, loved one, therapist; we can feel like we are all alone. We can feel like no one understands us, no one understands trauma. We throw the covers on sometimes hiding from our biggest fears.

Yet in reality... we are more powerful when we empower each other, when we encourage each other up in the ways of the Lord and through our own personal struggles.

Please know that it's okay to ask for help. Please know that it's okay to ben fact, did you know that asking for help is a sign of maturity, not a sign of weakness? Community happens when we come together one individual at a time.

Join Dr. Ros in a virtual telehealth support group for women during this unprecedented time in our world. Topics will focus on anxiety, life transitions, relationship support, parenting challenges, work-life balance, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and overall quality of life.

$50/90-Minute session

Six session commitment required

Each session limited to twenty women

Dr. Ros is a multi-credentialed mental health consultant, psychologist, professor, and pastor, who is a certified trauma-informed professional. She's earned doctorate degrees in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, theology, education, and business administration; and is a certified pastoral counselor and chaplain. Dr. Ros is also certified in grief and anxiety treatment. She has been supporting individuals, children, families, organizations, and faith communities for more than three decades and has been learning about trauma for over two decades.
