When you identify your top core values the executive center of your brain lights up and you are now using both the creative and analytical parts of the brain instead of just the survival part. This is what allows you to remain committed to who you're being and what you're doing, ie, manifesting, because you're able to accept both the challenges and opportunities of your participation.

In this workshop:

You will learn the meaning of what a core value is and why it's important.

You will actually work to determine your top 3-5 core values

IMPORTANT - To get the most out of this workshop you must come fully prepared with the items listed and allow the space and time to do the work.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

-A pack of post-it notes

-Colored markers

-Pencil with eraser

-Enough room to be comfortable and spread out a bit (ie., floor, dining room table)

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR:

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning what your top core values are.

Recommended age range is 17 and up.

WHAT THIS WORKSHP IS NOT:

This workshop is not for you to find out what job/job title you should work or do. However what you uncover will help you to more confidently be able to connect why you are working in the current job/job title.
